Holiday Inn Express & Suites Edson by IHG

We were in town for a hockey tournament. From what I witnessed there were 3 teams (males) and 2 female volleyball teams staying in the hotel over the weekend. This made for a heck of a mix. From a parent perspective I know how chaotic it must have been for the staff. As much as I raise my boys to be respectful of people and properties kids still get out of hand. Friday to Sunday the breakfast staff, the front desk staff and the cleaning staff were alway kind. They always greeted me with a smile and a good morning. I even called for more towels and a gentleman was at the door within minutes. Our room was clean the gym was adequate the pool was great. Thank you for your patience and amazing customer service!

Stayed here with my family since it was nearby Jasper National Park. We arrived quite late at night, but the front-desk staff was very accommodating and informative and the breakfast staff were also very friendly and checked in on us numerous times. The checking in and checking out process was made super straightforward for us. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the washrooms were very spacious. Breakfast had multiple options and the kitchen staff ensured to inform us of any food that may contradict our dietary restrictions. Definitely recommend and will be back again!

Just over an hour from Jasper but a fraction of the price from the hotels in Jasper which is fantastic. Bed was a little worn out back was hurting by day two. Staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good.

Was in town for two nights, everything including this hotel is conveniently located. Check in was smooth and quick, room was decent sized. The huge plus for me was the TV. I mean this isn't a fancy hotel, but the TV has the capacity to sign into my Google account and I could install all my apps. Within minutes I was watching the F1 race Sunday morning, absolutely fantastic, I wish all hotels had this. At checkout there was a super convenient function to wipe all my apps, credentials and accounts. I double checked, no trace left behind. Honestly this is a 3* hotel, but that TV alone got it 5 across the board.

Excellent stay experience! Amazing and friendly staff. We stayed in for a night. Did a quick late night check-in and easy check out. We had a good continental breakfast..with a variety of options available. We had a good and relaxing stay. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Stayed two separate weekends when a family member was in hospital, then for their funeral. The staff was exceptional!! They were extremely kind!! They gave us a great room rate, bumped the checkout to a little later on the first weekend, offered a small conference room on two occasions to visit with other family and friends staying at the hotel on the weekend of the funeral. A huge shoutout to Lucil in the breakfast area. She was amazing! Thoughtful, kind, polite and made sure nothing ran out for the breakfast. I’d give the hotel more than 5 stars if I could!

Stayed with family for 2 nights. Staff were accommodating and immediately fixed the issues that we had. They make you feel welcome and are friendly. Breakfast was great and room was clean and comfortable.

We had a good experience, rooms were tidy and neat. Didn't feel like you were in a box, they were spacious. Breakfast was good and plenty of options. We had the pool to ourselves!
